Moroccan Party Set from A Little Hut
Any DIY brides out there? If so, pay close attention! Yesterday, the ceaselessly talented Patricia Zapata of A Little Hut introduced a Moroccan party set, perfect for a Moroccan themed wedding, no? I was immediately drawn to the lanterns she created, which absolutely scream Moroccan!

The files cost a mere $4.99 and here’s what’s included: card, pennant, 3 borders, place card, decorative flower, five-sided lantern. What a bargain! These decorations would make beautiful bold household accents, too.

Scraplights
“Out with the old, in with the new” is a phrase that the folks over at graypants seldom use. And for good reason. They’re in the business of giving new life to salvaged materials. I was particularly smitten by these scraplights, which graypants say create “a brighter now”.

Beautifully designed and crafted, these scraplights are stylish and sleek and I could clearly imagine them in various settings: corporate, home, restaurants, and more. These are available for purchase in graypants’ shop.

Oh, Christmas Tree
This week, we *finally* put up our Christmas tree. We debated putting one up because we have three kids ages three and under, two of whom are 18-month-old twins who can easily be mistaken for Godzillas-in-training ninety percent of the time. To our surprise, they haven’t tried tearing down the tree or eating any of the ornaments. I’ll snap a few photos of it this weekend when we shove a few more ornaments on it and presents beneath it.
Speaking of Christmas trees, here’s a roundup of paper ones:

Styled Ikea Photoshoot
I know this is an oldie and has been featured on many a blog in the last year, but it’s still a goodie. And who knows, there might be one person out there who still hasn’t had the opportunity to behold the wonder and beauty that is this Ikea photoshoot styled by Lo Bjurulf:

I can’t help but hum Billy Idol’s White Wedding when I look at these photos. There’s a sort of elegant and controlled chaos to the whole scene. Sort of like Billy Idol and sort of like any wedding …
